Our Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the item you purchased, you may return it for credit unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. We will only accept returns of new, unused* products. You must initiate the return process within 7 days of the receipt of your order and products must be returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. These charges will only be reimbursed if the item was damaged or incomplete upon receipt.
* For safety and health reasons, we can not accept return of any products that have come into contact with your pet, however briefly that contact may have been. All items are thoroughly inspected for adherence to this policy. If we find any evidence of use, credit will not be issued and your return will be forfeited. Please understand that this policy is in place for the safety of your pet and the pets of others.
If you refuse delivery or return an item without proper authorization, or to a location other than that provided with the return instructions, you will not receive credit. We appreciate your understanding in regards to these policies as they are necessary to keep our costs down.
To qualify for return credit, simply initiate the return within 7 days of receipt of product and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). The supplier must receive your item back within 21 days of when you received it. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping, plus a 20% restocking fee. These fees will only be reimbursed if the item was received damaged or incomplete. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the applicable amount. Generally, product exchange is not an option. For exchanges, simply place a duplicate order once the original is returned.
We cannot accept the return of certain items such as software and perishable products (food items, etc), and other select items, as noted on the product detail page.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt of product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Do not ship items back prior to receiving an RMA number.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns. This RMA# is valid for 14 days.
- You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. This means that the
item(s) should be returned by way of a reputable shipping carrier, the shipment should be insured, and it should have a tracking number or some method of delivery confirmation. - Shipping charges on merchandise being returned are to be prepaid and will be reimbursed only if the item was received damaged or incomplete.
- Only ship returns to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation email.
- Note: Packages must have RMA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
